Rocky (from the comic) was actually given his name from his dog who he grew up with. That dog passed away on March 17th. (St. Patrick's Day this year) I named Rocky after him back in like the 8th-9th grade when I was first doing comics, and the name stuck. It felt fitting to do a tribute to him, seeing as he's the character's namesake and an amazing companion.
